We will access your systems topology and provide a fixed fee, all inclusive service to look after your servers , clients and user questions. Whilst this is reviewed on an annual basis, you are safe in the knowledge that your IT support costs are fixed and measurable. There are, of course, exclusions such as additional machines and equipment but these are clearly stated in your TotalCare Agreement.
