Every broadband connection has what's called an 'IP address' (Think of it as your Internet telephone number). By providing us with this number we will be able to remotely control your machine as though we were sitting in front of it. Your external IP is given to you by your broadband company automatically and represents your unique identity on the internet.

Within a local network there may be many computers linked together via a server. Each individual PC will have its own 'local IP address'.

For our technical staff to be able to assist you via the Internet, they may ask you to download our support program. If this is the case then please click the icon to the right and be sure to select 'run' when prompted.

For clients' networks that are protected by a Sonicwall unit. In order for you to connect to your network from home you must first have been assigned a Sonicwall GlobalVPN account, then you must ensure that you have the latest version of the Sonicwall Global VPN client software that can be downloaded by clicking the link on the right.
